Because of the nature of our products, we are not able to resell any item once it leaves our shelves and we do not accept returns. By placing your order the product requested was made unavailable to other customers, and for those reasons once your order is placed we are unable to grant any cancellations or refunds., regardless if the order has shipped. We may offer you a store credit in lieu of a refund if the order is not custom made to your request, however, this is entirely at our discretion and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
