Orders placed by 12 noon EST will ship from our Cherryville location the same day, and from our Charlotte location by the second business day. Orders are processed Monday-Friday and any orders placed on the weekend or holiday will process the next business day. Shipping charges are based off each shipping package, not per order. Packages shipping from both locations will incur charges based on the weight of each package. Each product specifies under the product description which location the item ships from.

In general, Charlotte ships any temperature sensitive product, short run creations and Hot Coco Boxes. Once your order is pulled for fulfillment you will receive an email with your tracking number(s). Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking information to be available on the carrier website once you receive your shipping notification. 

Please not any items purchased in the same order as a Hot Coco Box will not qualify for same day shipping and will not ship until the box's release date. Hot Coco Boxes are automatically filtered in our ordering system and we will not see your order for fulfillment until the date the boxes are scheduled to ship. You can purchase multiple boxes on the same order, however, if you would like to purchase any product from our shop we ask you make a separate order from your Hot Coco Box so there will not be any delay in shipping those items.

If free or discounted shipping is offered, we reserve the right to combine orders as well as select the shipping carrier with the lowest rates to ship your package. If you desire a specific carrier that is perfectly fine, we will simply invoice you for the additional shipping cost if any.

Cream & Coco Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is up to the buyer to ensure the delivery is to a safe, secure location. Signature confirmation is available during checkout. If you have a lost or stolen package, please submit a claim with the appropriate delivery service. 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products. If there is an item in your order that can not be shipped to your country we will email you to make any necessary adjustments. There may be an additional custom's fee for your shipment, which you will be responsible for. If you require any special service for an international order please email victoria@creamandcoco.com prior to placing your order to ensure we can accommodate.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you only as an estimate.
