Dry skin brushing has a number of health benefits and a simple way to detoxify your body. The skin is the largest organ in the body and is one of elimination where toxins are excreted. Dry brushing helps to unclog the pores and encourages toxic excretions, exfoliates the skin making it appear more vibrant, as well as can increase circulation and blood flow. Begin brushing by starting with dry skin at your feet and moving in long sweeping motions toward your heart. Always brush toward your heart.
Brush several times in each area, overlapping as you go.

Clean your brush weekly with warm water & mild soap. Hang brush to dry and ensure it dries completely to prevent mold or mildew. Store in a dry place.
