Domestic orders to the US and APO addresses $100 and over ship free. Gift cards, Specialty boxes and items marked 'Free Shipping' are not calculated in the $100 minimum. Orders containing items shipping from The Creamery are charged a separate shipping fee and will arrive in 2 packages.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST. 
Our turnaround time is as follows:
  • Orders placed by 12 noon EST will ship from our Fulfillment Center within 3 business days. 
  • Orders placed during sales and holidays we ask you allow 7-10 business days. Semi-Annual sales during Black Friday and our Birthday celebration, we ask you allow approximately 7-14 business days for order processing due to the large volume of orders placed. Orders do not begin to process until the last day of the sale. 
  • Hot Coco & Nosh Boxes ship within 5 business days of the release date given on the box.
  • Pre-Order items & Monthly Yoni Soap Stocking Event orders will ship within 5 business days of the pre-order date. Please check the product description for the release date.

I was very disappointed that the golden milk looked and smelled different from previous years I bought it. I was expecting a golden color like the picture as always. I purchased 6 bars of these 30 bars total. I inquired about this through email and was told that the batch was a bit warmer (someone messed up) and the color came out more Cocoa and the product works the same. Usually when this happens those batches don’t go out or they get discounted or go on sale because that is NOT what the customer was expecting. You to overheat your batch.

One of the best soaps I've ever used

Just like the rest of the soaps that I purchased from here I am not disappointed. It cleans the skin very well it leaves your body feeling moisturized and it improves the skin's texture. These are all the things that I experience while using these soaps. To me it smells amazing and I just can't get enough. I highly recommend adding this to your collection of soaps because to me they feel better than a lot of high-end soaps that I've purchased that's why I have stuck with this company for a long time. I am never disappointed.
