Domestic orders to the US and APO addresses $100 and over ship free. Gift cards, Specialty boxes and items marked 'Free Shipping' are not calculated in the $100 minimum. Orders containing items shipping from The Creamery are charged a separate shipping fee and will arrive in 2 packages.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST. 
Our turnaround time is as follows:
  • Orders placed by 12 noon EST will ship from our Fulfillment Center within 3 business days. 
  • Orders placed during sales and holidays we ask you allow 7-10 business days. Semi-Annual sales during Black Friday and our Birthday celebration, we ask you allow approximately 7-14 business days for order processing due to the large volume of orders placed. Orders do not begin to process until the last day of the sale. 
  • Hot Coco & Nosh Boxes ship within 5 business days of the release date given on the box.
  • Pre-Order items & Monthly Yoni Soap Stocking Event orders will ship within 5 business days of the pre-order date. Please check the product description for the release date. 
  • Please note business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

Pre-orders are automatically filtered in our ordering system and we will not see your order for fulfillment until the date the pre-orders are scheduled to begin shipping.

Amazing soap!

I have been purchasing soap from this company for quite a while now and I have never had an issue with any of the soaps. This particular one I absolutely love it smells so good it's moisturizing it cleans the skin and it lasts very long. I would recommend this because I I'm going to add this to the rest of my collection. This is something you definitely need because these soaps help balance your pH they have so many holistic properties and ways that they help your skin improve I don't buy soap from anywhere else.

Great facial cleanser

This bar is great for my skin. It’s not too strong and removes extra dirt and oil with ease. Be sure to use with the rest of the pink lemonade facial system for best results

Definitely a fav!

I love the way this soap smells. It lathers great and gently exfoliates. I use it on my face and follow it up with the pink lemonade botanical toner and the pink lemonade moisture milk. The combination leaves my skin glowing!

I love this soap

I love the way this soap smells and lathers. I use it on my face and on my body and it has brightened my skin and helped it to even out. It works best when u let it sit. Don’t use after you shave.
