Domestic orders to the US and APO addresses $100 and over ship free. Gift cards, Specialty boxes and items marked 'Free Shipping' are not calculated in the $100 minimum. Orders containing items shipping from The Creamery are charged a separate shipping fee and will arrive in 2 packages.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST. 
Our turnaround time is as follows:
  • Orders placed by 12 noon EST will ship from our Fulfillment Center within 3 business days. 
  • Orders placed during sales and holidays we ask you allow 7-10 business days. Semi-Annual sales during Black Friday and our Birthday celebration, we ask you allow approximately 7-14 business days for order processing due to the large volume of orders placed. Orders do not begin to process until the last day of the sale. 
  • Hot Coco & Nosh Boxes ship within 5 business days of the release date given on the box.
  • Pre-Order items & Monthly Yoni Soap Stocking Event orders will ship within 5 business days of the pre-order date. Please check the product description for the release date.

Use the Peeling Gel 2–3 times a week as part of your exfoliation ritual. Best used on clean, dry skin — either morning or night.

Step-by-Step Ritual:

  1. Start fresh: After cleansing with the foam, pat your face completely dry. (The peeling gel works best on dry skin — no dampness!)

  2. Apply a thin layer: Squeeze a small amount of the peeling gel onto your fingertips and gently apply it to your face — avoiding the eye and lip area.

  3. Massage with intention: Using circular motions, gently massage the gel into your skin. As you rub, you’ll see the gel begin to lift away dead skin and impurities — this is your glow being revealed. Be soft and slow with yourself.

  4. Rinse + release: Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Pat your face dry with a clean towel.

  5. Follow up with love: Apply your toner, serum, and moisturizer of choice. This is the perfect time to use deeply hydrating or brightening products, as your skin will absorb them beautifully post-exfoliation.
