Domestic orders to the US and APO addresses $100 and over ship free. Gift cards, Specialty boxes and items marked 'Free Shipping' are not calculated in the $100 minimum. Orders containing items shipping from The Creamery are charged a separate shipping fee and will arrive in 2 packages.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST. 
Our turnaround time is as follows:
  • Orders placed by 12 noon EST will ship from our Fulfillment Center within 3 business days. 
  • Orders placed during sales and holidays we ask you allow 7-10 business days. Semi-Annual sales during Black Friday and our Birthday celebration, we ask you allow approximately 7-14 business days for order processing due to the large volume of orders placed. Orders do not begin to process until the last day of the sale. 
  • Hot Coco & Nosh Boxes ship within 5 business days of the release date given on the box.
  • Pre-Order items & Monthly Yoni Soap Stocking Event orders will ship within 5 business days of the pre-order date. Please check the product description for the release date.

Cleaning House

I Love Love Love this soap! it feels good to clean walls without any harsh chemicals and it really gets the walls and stains off of clothes really and deeply clean. The smell is amazing I have had people asked me how do I make my whole house smell like clean linen. I said "That is because the linen is actually clean Baby!"

I will always purchase this soap for life and I love supporting a Black owned business when the products are top notch quality .
