Domestic orders to the US and APO addresses $100 and over ship free. Gift cards, Specialty boxes and items marked 'Free Shipping' are not calculated in the $100 minimum. Orders containing items shipping from The Creamery are charged a separate shipping fee and will arrive in 2 packages.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST. 
Our turnaround time is as follows:
  • Orders placed by 12 noon EST will ship from our Fulfillment Center within 3 business days. 
  • Orders placed during sales and holidays we ask you allow 7-10 business days. Semi-Annual sales during Black Friday and our Birthday celebration, we ask you allow approximately 7-14 business days for order processing due to the large volume of orders placed. Orders do not begin to process until the last day of the sale. 
  • Hot Coco & Nosh Boxes ship within 5 business days of the release date given on the box.
  • Pre-Order items & Monthly Yoni Soap Stocking Event orders will ship within 5 business days of the pre-order date. Please check the product description for the release date.

Used by women with the longest hair in Africa, it withstands the region's dry, hot, and harsh conditions to promote growth. Chebe contains Vitamin A, Vitamin C, unsaturated fatty acids, and minerals that contribute to hair growth. It also has natural anti-bacterial properties and protects the scalp from dandruff and dryness. Karkar Oil gives your hair the nutrients and moisture that it needs to be healthy. The oil locks in moisture to help you retain length.

After a chebe oil treatment, hair can be stronger and more elastic, making the detangling process more enjoyable and less time-consuming. 

Use the hair oil between washings to hydrate your hair and scalp, soften your hair and to add shine. Apply the oil to the scalp and massage in. To use as a hot oil treatment, warm the oil and carefully apply to wet hair, cover to allow it to penetrate. Do not rinse. Use 3 times a week for best results.
