RITUAL INSTRUCTIONS: Shake the bottle before you begin. To perform a massage ritual, start by creating a relaxing environment for yourself. It can be after a warm shower with dim lighting, soothing music, and a comfortable temperature. Apply the glaze and begin with gentle, long strokes to warm up the muscles. Then, apply pressure to specific points to release tension and promote relaxation. Listen to your body. For daily use, keep the bottle in the shower and apply to skin while still wet to lock in moisture and hydration. Apply a few drops in wet or dry hair to seal in moisture.
