A warm, uplifting blend of rooibos and black tea paired with sweet mango, crisp apple, and cooling mint. Rooibos offers antioxidant support and gentle mineral nourishment, while black tea provides smooth, sustained energy. This fruity, refreshing blend supports digestion, immunity, and overall vitality, making it a soothing and revitalizing daily ritual. 

Brew your tea as part of your evening ritual. Use a strainer and steep for 2 minutes, then add natural sweetener. Add a splash of cream or oat milk to balance the richness and turn this cup into a whole vibe. 

To enjoy a cup of hot tea: Add boiling water to your teacup and add one or two flowers. Allow to steep for 2 minutes then remove the flower. Add 1 teaspoon of Hibiscus honey, raw honey or whatever sweetener you prefer. Enjoy as is or with a fresh sprig of mint.

For Iced Tea: Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil. Add 1 cup dried hibiscus to the water and let steep for 10 minutes.  Use a strainer remove the flowers from the tea, then add your sweetener. Honey or raw organic sugar is best. Serve over ice and fresh mint.
