Brew your tea as part of your evening ritual. Use a strainer and steep for 2 minutes, then add natural sweetener. Add a splash of cream or oat milk to balance the richness and turn this cup into a whole vibe. 

To enjoy a cup of hot tea: Add boiling water to your teacup and add one or two flowers. Allow to steep for 2 minutes then remove the flower. Add 1 teaspoon of Hibiscus honey, raw honey or whatever sweetener you prefer. Enjoy as is or with a fresh sprig of mint.

For Iced Tea: Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil. Add 1 cup dried hibiscus to the water and let steep for 10 minutes.  Use a strainer remove the flowers from the tea, then add your sweetener. Honey or raw organic sugar is best. Serve over ice and fresh mint.
